Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to the scheduled appointment time to give enough to time park and use the restroom if needed.

The Herald Building has visitor parking across the street (right next to Chameleon tattoo), or you can find metered parking nearby.
 
If booking a session with predominately myofascial work, plan to wear a loose top and bottom (similar to swimsuit coverage). Myofascial work is done on "dry" skin, so please refrain from applying lotions or oils before our session.
