Booking Policies

Please understand implementation of the policies described below are intended to honor time, boundaries, and support the therapeutic relationship. Outcomes may vary in instances of unexpected emergencies or sudden illness, these cases will be assessed on an individual basis.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Please allow for at least 48hrs notice prior to canceling an appointment to provide time for that space to be filled. 

50% of the session costs will be collected if appointments are canceled within the 48hr window leading up to their scheduled time. 

Repeat instances of cancellations without proper notice will incur the full fees of the scheduled appointment.

 

Late Arrival Policy:

It is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled session time. Late arrivals will be granted the remaining appointment time as long it does not impede therapeutic goals. Full fees will be collected regardless of the length of session received. 

 

No-Show Policy:

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment will incur the entire cost of the session on the credit card used to book the service. Repeat offenses may result in termination of the therapeutic relationship. 

 

Payment Policy:

Payment of service is collected at the time of session. A card is required to schedule and hold an appointment time. At this time I accept cash, credit/debit cards, venmo, and paypal as mediums for payment. Gratuity is not expected but always appreciated. I currently do not bill medical insurance, but would be willing to provide a superbill for those interested in submitting a claim to insurance on their own volition. 

 

Zero-Tolerance Policy:
Any forms of solicitation, sexual harassment, or boundary crossing will result in an immediate termination of the session, as well as termination of the therapeutic relationship. 

 

Massage of Minors Policy:

Written permission from a legal guardian prior to receiving treatment is required to treat clients 18 and under. Clients 16 and under are required to have a parent or legal guardian present for the full duration of the session.
